Successful counselling at Bologna Hub Peer Support II: an interim review
The integration of the European Higher Education Area is not a matter of course. It requires intensive dialogue at various levels and a lot of detailed work. The experts from the Bologna Hub Peer Support advisory project, which is coordinated by the National Agency for Erasmus+ University Cooperation at the DAAD, take care of both. The international experts support the participating universities in the Bologna Process and advise them, among other things, on the creation of the three-tier study structure with Bachelor, Master and doctorate, the cross-border recognition of academic achievements and degrees and the implementation of quality assurance measures on the basis of common standards and guidelines. Following the initial implementation of the project in the years 2020 to 2022, the new edition of Bologna Hub Peer Support II (2022-2024) is currently running. 33 universities from 13 countries were selected from numerous applications. Two university representatives report on their experiences so far.
